West Philadelphia Tool Library is a non-profit organization that loans out tools to their members for various community, home and garden projects. Located at 1314 South 47th Street in Philadelphia, West Philadelphia Tool Library aims to be a community resource for community residents with tools and knowledge on how to use the tools for their big projects.
